Rainbows Ireland in partnership with Ozanam House (SVP) and One Family
are recruiting an experienced CHILDREN?S GROUP FACILITATOR to join a
new and exciting project working with children and parents
experiencing family change following separation or bereavement. The
project runs from July 1st, **Apply on the website**, to July **Apply
on the website** and has been funded by the Toy Show Funding **Apply
on the website**.
The Project requires a _CHILDREN?S GROUP FACILITATOR_. The
successful applicant will work directly with children and young people
who have experience family separation or bereavement. In doing this
the successful applicant will be required to work across three
partnering organisations: front line practitioners and children and
parents engaging in the project.
CHILDREN?S GROUP FACILITATOR
The Children?s Group Facilitator will work directly implement a
service which directly supports parents and children who have
experienced loss through separation or bereavement through group-based
support. This post is part of multi-agency, multi-disciplinary team
and will require both excellent skills in working with and supporting
parents, engaging with community partners to identify needs and
support referral pathways. This post will be predominantly carried out
in Ozanam House, Dublin 1.

This post is subject to a 6-month probationary period. The role will
be predominantly carried out in Dublin 1, Ozanam House, however there
will be elements of remote working required.
